Men Experience Hormonal Changes During Pregnancy Too

If you thought women were the only ones who experienced hormonal changes during pregnancy, think again. A recent study documented a pattern of hormonal changes in men during pregnancy as well. It’s not uncommon for men to wonder about the transformative time ahead and how they’ll actually cope with the life changes that come with parenthood, but many are unaware of the unique set of bodily changes they may experience while expecting. The bodily changes a woman will face during pregnancy are more documented and almost taken for granted—much is said about how a woman can naturally assist her body as she prepares for motherhood.
