Remember when you were a kid and summer meant having more freedom? You didn’t have to worry about waking up and getting to school on time or participating in many of your usual routine activities. While many things have changed as you’ve grown up, one thing hasn’t. For many of us, summer does provide a break from the usual daily grind. Many employers now offer flexible hours during the summer, and summer also offers a time to take a vacation with family or friends. No matter what your summer brings, one thing it shouldn’t bring is an excuse to stop your fitness routine.
