How do you know that you’re aging too fast? Take stock of yourself the next time you find yourself near a mirror. Do you have fine lines or have they turned into wrinkles? Does your skin look healthy and vibrant or dull and worn out? Maybe your slight muffin top is on the cusp of becoming a beer belly. And there’s the way that you feel too—no energy, stiff, and achy, especially in the morning. It happens to a lot of people, but it doesn’t have to be inevitable.
